Jaw-dropping value for money! The host was super lovely, the place was mind-blowingly clean, quiet, and comfy. The location was perfect for an early flight from Luton Airport, with free parking and free wi-fi. The room had a flat-screen TV, an electric kettle, and the bathroom had a fabulous shower. Highly recommended!

Had a fantastic xmas stay at this hotel! The hostess was lovely and made sure the place was super clean and comfy. The location was key, easy to get to Luton Airport for my early flight. Plus, there were fast food joints within walking distance. Great value for money too, especially if you're driving. Cheaper to get to London from the nearby train station than other places. And there were shops close by for snacks and drinks. Highly recommended!

Just a minor thing, but the train station was a bit too far to walk if you're in a rush. I had to get taxis to and from the station, which was a bit inconvenient.

I stayed at this lovely house for one night before catching an early flight from Luton Airport. The host was pleasant and the property was perfect, with an ideal location. The room, although not large, was comfortable for a short stay. The bathroom was clean and the shower had instant hot water. The mattress, although spring-based, was acceptable for the fair price. it was a great value for money and highly recommended.
